-
-  *The support manuals found in the control panel don’t work when a language pack has been changed.
-
-  * Double login issues will be experienced if the user has bookmarked the login page (http://ccofwa.blackboard.com/webapps/login/). The CORRECT page to bookmark is http://ccofwa.blackboard.com/. This will stop the double login.
-
-  * The main frame freezes sometimes when you switch from edit to display view and back, this is a know error that cannot be fixed.
-
-  * When copying courses – the order of content items can change. To correct this problem – switch to edit view and compare the CC_Template’s order with that of the new course.

-==== Content adaptation ====
-
-After sign off, content for each module will be uploaded. Each of the 15 courses has seven TRIM documents assigned to it. These relate to all modules except Learning Online. Before inserting this content into the LMS text editor; copy and paste it into and then out of Notepad (this removes messy code MS Word attaches to text).
-
-In the TRIM documents:
-• Content to insert into the LMS should be blue text or high-lighted in a blue colour, if not then please compare the text document to the online template closely.
-• Please pay attention to the areas marked like this. These are activities, reflection journal links and discussion Board links. They may change with each course.
-
-In the LMS:
-• Text high-lighted in yellow is course specific content that will be replaced.
-• Text marked like this may change depending on the TRIM documents. Sometimes it may ask to link to a website or document, an existing or new discussion board thread or another location in the online program.
-
-• Throughout the content, you will come across course specific links such as that may link to sections of the WACE manual or other specific locations / documents. Each of these will have to be assessed individually for its appropriateness, and altered accordingly.
